​Tom is the founder and driving force behind Sturdivan Collision Analysis, and a retired Sergeant with the Georgia State Patrol Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team, with a B.S. degree from Georgia Southern University. He literally wrote the book used for training Georgia Troopers in the art and science of accident reconstruction. Tom has numerous honors and awards, is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction, is an FMCSA NAS Level 1 Inspector for commercial motor vehicles and a certified air brake mechanic.
